Andy Gaur is the CEO and the Founder of Compunnel Inc. With his entrepreneurial drive, value-based leadership, and focused approach, Andy has evolved a successful, profitable business to continually meet the changing market and customer demands with effective technology, learning, and staffing solutions for over 30 years. His extensive IT market knowledge and expertise in business growth strategy have turned Compunnel into one of the fastest-growing software and consulting organizations, serving Fortune companies and bringing in over $550 million in annual sales.

Andy has funded many startup information technology companies, all of which are wholly or partially owned by Compunnel, Inc. Andy holds executive/board-level positions in each of these companies. His works have been recognized with numerous industry awards, including “Enterprise Company of the Year” and “Internet Innovator”. Most recently, he was included in SIA’s Staffing 100 North America List for 2022, an elite grouping of leaders who are shaping the staffing industry with their incredible vision.

Under his leadership, Compunnel has been featured over 11 times in the prestigious Inc.5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America list. Andy embarked on a focused growth strategy to successfully take Compunnel’s technology solutions business to the next level. With a timely response to customer and market demands, he achieves this by continually expanding the company’s service offerings in specialized areas of IT and the overall business footprint through several targeted acquisitions.

Rakesh Shah

President & CFO

Rakesh Shah is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Compunnel, charting the company’s overall strategy. For 3 decades, he has been navigating Compunnel’s upward journey across diverse lines of business. Holding a degree in Computer Science from the prestigious M.S. University along with an in-depth understanding of the financial and technical sides of the IT industry, Rakesh astutely drives Compunnel’s business strategy, vision, and fiscal management. Before taking over the responsibility of spearheading Compunnel’s growth, he led the frontlines and provided consulting services to several Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, J&J, Bristol Myers Squibb, and the New York Times. Across the industry, he is recognized as a leader with a great ability to understand an enterprise’s unique needs and conceptualize tech-driven, scalable, and cost-effective solutions to meet them. He is guiding Compunnel’s mission of utilizing innovation and technology to deliver a total experience to all business stakeholders.

Lalitha Reddy

Vice President, Finance & Operations

Lalitha has completed 26 years as a financial professional in Compunnel, setting an example of consistency, perseverance, and conscious leadership. She holds an MBA from Osmania University – Hyderabad, India, and has navigated her career around the belief that collaboration yields better results than competition. “Collaborating for excellence offers better results than competing for excellence,” says Lalitha. Driven by this notion she has successfully cultivated an atmosphere of mutual support and equal opportunities that embodies conscious leadership. Lalitha’s strategic leadership style transcends statistics as she actively experiments with novel concepts for scalable growth, embracing data and unearthing its narratives, which have been successful across platforms. Karthik Natarajan

Chief Technology Officer

Karthik is Compunnel’s Chief Technology Officer, responsible for developing the company’s strategies for utilizing technological resources. He has over 3 decades of diverse IT experience in global technology operations. Karthik specializes in designing and architecting software applications for the web and enterprise. He has extensive experience in developing viable IT solutions for complex business needs. He also specializes in developing mobile, social and collaborative learning solutions. Utilizing his deep expertise has engineered a collaborative learning platform that bridges the gap between formal and informal learning. Karthik leads the initiative for leveraging emerging technologies and trends to develop value-added digital solutions. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, he is navigating Compunnel’s foray into newer technological domains that can yield a competitive advantage.

Sakshi Porwal

Chief Information Security Officer

Sakshi serves as the Global Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Cybersecurity Consulting Practice at Compunnel. With over 15 years of experience across diverse Cybersecurity domains, she has a proven track record of steering critical initiatives that enable organizations to strengthen their security postures and proactively address cyber threats. Her expertise spans various security areas, including Data Security and Governance, privacy, cloud security, application security, and identity and access management.

Sakshi has led Cybersecurity teams responsible for safeguarding hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide and developed global data security posture management services aligned with international privacy and compliance standards. She has also overseen large-scale identity and access management projects and provided strategic guidance on key regulations, such as CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI/DSS.

At Compunnel, she leads comprehensive security strategies to protect internal operations while helping clients enhance their cybersecurity defenses. Her insights continue to elevate security across industries in the face of evolving threats.

Himanshu Kumar

Himanshu Kumar is serving Compunnel as the Vice President of Digital Solutions. With over 4 decades of rich experience in the healthcare industry, he has deep practical knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and university segments.
