Andy Gaur

CEO

Andy Gaur is the CEO and the Founder of Compunnel Inc. With his entrepreneurial drive, value-based leadership, and focused approach, Andy has evolved a successful, profitable business to continually meet the changing market and customer demands with effective technology, learning, and staffing solutions for over 30 years. His extensive IT market knowledge and expertise in business growth strategy have turned Compunnel into one of the fastest-growing software and consulting organizations, serving Fortune companies and bringing in over $550 million in annual sales.

Andy has funded many startup information technology companies, all of which are wholly or partially owned by Compunnel, Inc. Andy holds executive/board-level positions in each of these companies. His works have been recognized with numerous industry awards, including “Enterprise Company of the Year” and “Internet Innovator”. Most recently, he was included in SIA’s Staffing 100 North America List for 2022, an elite grouping of leaders who are shaping the staffing industry with their incredible vision.

Under his leadership, Compunnel has been featured over 11 times in the prestigious Inc.5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America list. Andy embarked on a focused growth strategy to successfully take Compunnel’s technology solutions business to the next level. With a timely response to customer and market demands, he achieves this by continually expanding the company’s service offerings in specialized areas of IT and the overall business footprint through several targeted acquisitions.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University.

Rakesh Shah

President & CFO

Rakesh Shah is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Compunnel, charting the company’s overall strategy. For 3 decades, he has been navigating Compunnel’s upward journey across diverse lines of business. Holding a degree in Computer Science from the prestigious M.S. University along with an in-depth understanding of the financial and technical sides of the IT industry, Rakesh astutely drives Compunnel’s business strategy, vision, and fiscal management. Before taking over the responsibility of spearheading Compunnel’s growth, he led the frontlines and provided consulting services to several Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, J&J, Bristol Myers Squibb, and the New York Times. Across the industry, he is recognized as a leader with a great ability to understand an enterprise’s unique needs and conceptualize tech-driven, scalable, and cost-effective solutions to meet them. He is guiding Compunnel’s mission of utilizing innovation and technology to deliver a total experience to all business stakeholders.

Karthik Natarajan

Executive VP & CTO

Karthik is Compunnel’s Chief Technology Officer, responsible for developing the company’s strategies for utilizing technological resources. He has over 3 decades of diverse IT experience in global technology operations. Karthik specializes in designing and architecting software applications for the web and enterprise. He has extensive experience in developing viable IT solutions for complex business needs. He also specializes in developing mobile, social and collaborative learning solutions. Utilizing his deep expertise has engineered a collaborative learning platform that bridges the gap between formal and informal learning. Karthik leads the initiative for leveraging emerging technologies and trends to develop value-added digital solutions. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, he is navigating Compunnel’s foray into newer technological domains that can yield a competitive advantage.

Keith D Alter

Chief Operating Officer, Compunnel Healthcare

Keith leads Compunnel Healthcare (our dedicated arm for healthcare talent solutions), responsible for overseeing the overall operations including client relations, training and development of recruitment and sales teams, financial planning, and revenue projections. Keith believes in never staying still and always shifting and moving to make changes where none have been made before. Applying this philosophy, he has brought change to various legislative areas impacting the healthcare workforce. With over 4 decades of rich experience in the healthcare industry, he has deep practical knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and university segments. He serves as an advisor on several regional and national Boards within and outside of the workforce industry and the Staffing Association. An active member of the communities that he is a part of, Keith is on the Board of Directors of his Condominium Association and the local Jewish Synagogue where he also volunteers regularly.

Kamal Rastogi

General Counsel

Kamal has more than 25 years of experience in managing business transactions and contracts, immigration logistics, and other legal company matters. He possesses a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and a Degree in Law from Meerut University, India. Kamal has worked for more than 15 years in publishing as Managing Partner and Legal Counsel. He has expertise in all areas of company affairs, contracts, copyrights, and real estate. He has a specialization in Corporate Law, International Business Transactions, Immigration and Real Estate from the New York Law School. He obtained his New York State License in 1997 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Southern District of New York, and admitted to practice in India. He is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, Corporate Counsel Association of America, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and Indo-American Lawyers Association. He has extensive experience in Business Immigration, Contracts, and Corporate Litigation especially in Software Development and Consulting, and Real Estate Transactions and financing. He has been providing immigration and corporate legal services to Compunnel and its affiliated companies for the last 25 years.

Nirav V. Shah

Vice President, Professional Services

Nirav V. Shah has led the charge as the Vice President of Professional Services for nearly 12 years. With profound experience in strategic staffing solutions, he has provided invaluable support to industry-leading companies across the healthcare and B2B sectors, helping them overcome staffing challenges with innovative strategies. Specializing in developing new corporate businesses and managing placements, Nirav has propelled exponential growth within his organization while consistently enhancing client engagement.

He also serves as the key liaison to clients, and his keen understanding of the nuanced technical and commercial aspects of staffing projects has earned him preferred vendor status with premier Bay Area companies. His leadership in the company’s financial management, from budgeting to reporting to the CEO, and his role in transitioning the company to a cloud-based CRM system underscore his breadth of expertise and adaptability. His insights and forward-thinking approach are empowering Professional Staffing Services to harness innovative staffing strategies that have the potential to redefine the industry.

Lalitha Reddy

Vice President, Finance & Operations

Lalitha has completed 24 years as a financial professional in Compunnel, setting an example of consistency, perseverance, and conscious leadership. She holds an MBA from Osmania University – Hyderabad, India, and has navigated her career around the belief that collaboration yields better results than competition. “Collaborating for excellence offers better results than competing for excellence,” says Lalitha. Driven by this notion she has successfully cultivated an atmosphere of mutual support and equal opportunities that embodies conscious leadership. Lalitha’s strategic leadership style transcends statistics as she actively experiments with novel concepts for scalable growth, embracing data and unearthing its narratives, which have been successful across platforms. Himanshu Kumar

Vice President, Digital Solutions

Himanshu Kumar is serving Compunnel as the Vice President of Digital Solutions. Possessing a rich experience of 17 years in architecting, designing, and developing IT solutions, he has helped industry-leading global enterprises across healthcare, hospitality, and B2B sectors solve critical challenges with cutting-edge innovations. Himanshu specializes in tailoring e-commerce solutions that drive exponential revenue growth along with continually enhancing audience engagement. A Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and e-commerce developer who also possesses an MBA in Information Technology from the Sikkim Manipal University, he has an astute understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of IT projects. He utilizes his diverse expertise to lead Compunnel in delivering customer-focused, growth-oriented, and cost-efficient solutions across AI/ML, data and analytics, cloud computing, and intelligent automation to the company’s global customer base. His insights are enabling Compunnel to harness AI/ML and other intelligent technologies to develop innovations that can be game changers for different industries.

Amit is responsible for sales and talent delivery in the niche industries of IT, Engineering, Finance and Healthcare to clients across North America. Amit provides exceptional leadership and effective strategic planning to execute highly successful client and consulting initiatives. His strength is building strong partnerships with Compunnel’s consultants and clients. Amit leverages his 15+ years of industry experience to build exceptionally motivated teams to drive value and service to clients and consultants. During his 20-year tenure with Compunnel, Amit has driven record-setting profitable growth and has been recognized for his outstanding achievements. His efforts were instrumental in starting a key division for the organization that experienced incremental sales growth. Amit has held leadership positions in industries such as eLearning, IT consulting, and outsourcing while serving in a variety of roles.

Vinayak Rampalli

Sr. Vice President, Sales & Recruiting

Vinayak Rampalli has extensive industry experience in various engineering fields and started his career in the IT industry as a programmer. With dedication, focus, and hard work, Vinayak soon climbed the corporate ladder from a programmer to become a leader of the human capital transformation group. Vinayak has more than 30 years of experience in managing the sales and operations of IT staffing, and with the help of a dedicated team, he has been instrumental in strengthening Compunnel’s position as a powerhouse of digital talent. Vinayak holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, India, and a Master’s in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Ashish Yadav

With a major in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, a Master’s in Sociology, and a Diploma in Computer Applications, Milind Naik has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily in the fields of talent acquisitions and new business development. His strong technical and academic background and vast experience in IT recruitment across business sectors makes him an SME in forming, training, managing and mentoring teams of recruiters, business development managers and account managers for IT staffing. A strong believer in quality and process improvement, Milind has led the organizational development practices and implemented a competence management framework for establishing processes, a training and mentoring framework, and a performance management system, tailored specifically to meet industry and company demands. Milind is responsible for new business development and for defining the sourcing plans for specific channels based on recruiting targets and budget while ensuring their alignment with the overall business and marketing strategy.
