Andy Gaur | CEO
Andy Gaur is Compunnel's CEO and he founded Compunnel Software Group, Inc. in 1994. With his entrepreneurial drive, value-based leadership and focused approach, Andy has evolved the successful, profitable business to continually meet changing market and customer demands with effective technology, learning and staffing solutions over nearly 20 years. His extensive IT market knowledge and expertise in business growth strategy have turned Compunnel into one of the fastest growing software and consulting organizations, serving Fortune 1,000 companies and bringing in over $100 Million in annual sales.
Andy has funded many startup information technology companies, all of which are wholly or partially owned by Compunnel Software Group, Inc. Andy holds executive/board level positions in each of these companies. His works have been recognized with numerous industry awards, including "Enterprise Company of the Year" and "Internet Innovator". Most recently, Compunnel was included in "Inc. Magazine's Top 500I5000 List" for the third time in 2013 and Compunnel's regional office in India was recognized as one of "India's Best Companies to Work For" in the 2012 Top 50 List compiled by Great Place to Work® Institute, India.
In 2013, Andy has embarked on a focused growth strategy to take Compunnel's successful technology solutions business to the next level in the IT market. Responding to customer and market demand, he will achieve this by expanding the company's service offerings in specialized areas of IT and its overall business footprint through several targeted acquisitions.
Andy earned a Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University.
Rakesh Shah | President & CFO
Rakesh Shah is Compunnel's President & Chief Financial Officer responsible for the company's finance, accounts, legal, IT recruitment, admin and operations. Prior to this, Rakesh has served as senior executive operations leader for Compunnel Software group for over 12 years. He carries deep IT industry experience from both the financial and technical sides and oversees all financial and fiscal management of all companies and groups owned and operated by Compunnel. Rakesh played a significant role in growing Compunnel to its present position, incorporating his business acumen and strategic planning initiatives.
Prior to taking over as President and CFO, Rakesh provided consulting services to several Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, J&J, Bristol Myers Squibb and the New York Times. Rakesh is known as a leader who has ability to understand clients' business and technology needs and provide cost-effective, reliable and scalable solutions.
Rakesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from M.S. University, India.
Sriraj Mallick is Compunnel’s senior executive leader responsible for global business development, worldwide sales and marketing for Compunnel Software Group and he is a strong contributor to the company’s vision and strategies. He is a passionate, forward-thinking business development leader who operates with a customer-centric focus and a highly tuned, multi-dimensional perspective on technology, customers, interdepartmental operations and business growth strategies.
Sriraj is an accomplished entrepreneur who has provided successful leadership in the areas of customer acquisition, marketing, channel development and product development. He has extensive experience in the areas of software, consulting and outsourcing at multiple organizations. He has built effective and sustainable models for IT outsourcing for many organizations.
Previously, in his past roles working in other divisions of Compunnel, Sriraj launched new products for the company and built and managed a globally diverse sales team and a strong channel network across the United States and Europe. He also established a new geographic presence for the organization.
Vinayak Rampalli | Sr. VP, Sales & Recruiting
Vinayak Rampalli has extensive industry experience in various engineering fields and started his career in the IT industry as a programmer. With dedication, focus and hard work, Vinayak soon climbed the corporate ladder from a programmer to a senior member of the IT staffing management team. Vinayak has more than 10 years experience in managing the sales and operations of IT staffing, and with the help of a dedicated team, he has been instrumental in growing and maintaining Compunnel's IT staffing business.
Vinayak holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, India, and a Masters in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Milind Naik | VP, Sales & Recruiting
With a major in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, a Masters in Sociology and a diploma in Computer Applications, Milind Naik has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily in the fields of talent acquisitions, new business development and setting up of RPOs. His strong technical and academic background and vast experience in IT recruitment across business sectors makes him an SME in forming, training, managing and mentoring teams of recruiters, business development managers and account managers for IT staffing.
A strong believer in quality and process improvement, Milind has led the organizational development practices and implemented a competence management framework for creation of processes, a training and mentoring framework, and a performance management system, tailored specifically to the demands of industry and the company.
Milind is responsible for new business development and for defining and setting the sourcing plans for specific channels based on recruiting targets and budget while ensuring it is in line with the company's business and marketing strategy. He manages contacts with external clients and vendors/agencies, He handles contract negotiations, collaborating with recruitment, marketing, sourcing and planning to understand recruiting demands to develop and customize recruiting and marketing best practices.
Milind manages and maintains huge real time dynamic databases of clients, recruiters and consultants and moderates groups of IT recruiters and consultants on social media sites.
Amit Agarwal | VP, Sales & Recruiting
As Vice President, Sales & Recruiting for North American Operations, Amit is responsible for sales and talent delivery in the niche industries of IT, Engineering, Finance and Health Care. Amit provides exceptional leadership and effective strategic planning to execute highly successful client and consulting initiatives. His strength is building strong partnerships with Compunnel's consultants and clients.
Amit leverages his more than 15 years in the industry to build exceptionally motivated teams to drive value and service to clients and consultants. During his 12-year tenure with Compunnel, Amit has driven record-setting profitable growth, was recognized for his outstanding achievements and was instrumental in starting a key division for the organization that experienced incremental sales growth. Amit held leadership positions in industries such as eLearning, IT consulting and outsourcing where he served in a variety of roles.
Amit holds a MBA in International Business Management from FORE-Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands.
Kamal Rastogi | General Counsel
Kamal K. Rastogi has more than 25 years experience in managing business transactions and contracts, immigration logistics and other legal company matters.
He possesses a Masters Degree in Chemistry and a Degree in Law from Meerut University, India. Kamal has worked more than 15 years in publishing as Managing Partner and Legal Counsel. He has worked in the areas of all company affairs, contracts, copyrights and real estate. He has studied at New York Law School with specialization in Corporate Law, International Business Transactions, Immigration and Real Estate, and obtained his New York State License in 1997. He is admitted to Practice Law in the State of New York, Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Southern District of New York and admitted to Practice in India. He is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, Corporate Counsel Association of America, American Immigration Lawyers Association and Indo American Lawyers Association. He has extensive experience in Business Immigration, Contracts and Corporate Litigation especially in Software Development and Consulting, and Real Estate Transactions and financing.
He has been providing immigration and corporate legal services to Compunnel Software Group and its affiliated companies for the last 12 years.
Nick Neumann | Director of Sales and Staffing
Nick Neumann is Compunnel’s Director of Sales and Staffing and is responsible for developing partnerships with potential companies, while working with existing clients to ensure they are 100% satisfied. Nick has over two decades of experience working with Fortune 500 companies to solve the most challenging resource requirements in the IT Industry. With this experience comes a phenomenal level of understanding for Technology in the corporate world, making him one of the most valuable members of the Compunnel Staffing Team.
Before beginning work at Compunnel, Nick Neumann was an extremely successful business owner for the company Mindtrust Consulting Services, which eventually was acquired by Compunnel in 2014. His previous roles include Vice President at GE Capital Consulting, AmeriData, and PSI Net Consulting.
Nick holds a BS in Business Management from Kean University in New Jersey and he is Six Sigma Certified.
Mike Russo | Director of Sales
Mike Russo has been placing IT consultants in global organizations for over 20 years. As the Director of Sales at Compunnel, he directly oversees the acquisition of new clients and maintains relationships with existing clients. Mike specializes in working with clients that require a tremendous amount of flexibility and urgency from their staffing needs, often creating custom-tailored recruitment and placement approaches for each new client.
Mike was the President of Diversified Technical Solutions for 15 years before it was acquired by Compunnel in 2013. At his position, Mike grew the company from a humble start-up to being the premier staff augmentation vendor for several Fortune customers. In his 15 years at the company, Mike performed the job duties for almost every role in the staff augmentation business, which he accredits to most of his success today.
Frank Pinto | Director
Frank Pinto has 30 years of management, sales and marketing expertise with a focus on human capital management, learning & development and technology. He is responsible for developing an innovative portfolio of human capital services related to learning & development which are currently in place at many Fortune companies.
Prior to his company being acquired by Compunnel in October of 2014, Frank was the CEO & President of Challenge Training & Consulting, Inc. Due to Frank and his team’s efforts, Challenge Training & Consulting was recognized as a leading provider of world class learning & development solutions, along with human capital services. Before his tenure with Challenge Training & Consulting, Frank was a Senior Vice President with Chubb Computer Services Professional Service Division and The Chubb Institute. He has held Senior Management positions in technology, training and consulting companies throughout his 30 year professional career.
Frank holds a BS and MBA degree from Farleigh Dickinson University and has completed postgraduate work at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration.
